The plant of AEIFOROS SA at Almyros, Magnesia, in Central Greece, annually recycles approximately 100,000 tons of by-products coming from the Group plants and produces:

• Antiskid slag aggregate materials for pavement construction
• Blasting abrasives for metal surface cleaning
• Ferrous slag for cement manufacturing and various other applications
• Lime cement for mortars and adhesives
• Non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, bronze, etc) from car and household appliances recycling

Since September 2005, AEIFOROS SA also operates as an authorized centre for the de-pollution and recycling of end-of-life vehicles.
